Under leadership of our newly appointed Executive Chef, Morne Van Der Merwe, who has several years experience working in Asian countries. Morne has been totally bowled over by the variety and freshness of the local seafood available in Mossel Bay and has reflected this in his seasonal  A la Carte menu. Seafood lovers will be delighted with the interesting Asian touches and the use of only the freshest ingredients including prawns, mussels, fresh Mossel Bay Oysters and line fish caught off the Mossel Bay coast.

Our diverse A La Carte menu is available in the restaurant and from room service, from 10h00 am until 23h00pm. Our delicious Buffet Breakfasts are served from 07h00 to 10h00 weekdays and 07h00 – 11h00 on weekends. Set Menus and Buffets available for functions and special occasions.
