The National Star Grading Scheme is your guarantee that an establishment has voluntarily agreed to provide certain facilities and to offer an agreed minimum standard of service. Initially only accommodation establishments could be graded, but, the scheme is presently being expanded to include restaurants, tourist attractions and conference venues.
