Our conference room seats 20 delegates in U shape and 25 in classroom style. We offer daily conference packages which include arrival tea/coffee with home-made muffins; mid-morning tea/coffee served with home-made biscuits; light lunch from available options, afternoon tea/coffee served with home-made scones and water and mints on the tables.

Optional dinner menu as well as accommodation for delegates can be arranged. Any extras and special requests will be charged for separately.

Conference Equipment include flipchart, white board and pens, internet, overhead projector and screen, television and free wi-fi.

The Santos Express Train Lodge is a genuine train situated on the Santos Beach in Mossel Bay. The Garden Court Mossel Bay has three venues (1xLarge-Caravel and then 2x small break away rooms- Diaz 1 & Diaz 2). The Caravel can accommodate up to 140 guests Schoolroom or Banquet Style. The Diaz 2 is equipped with Video-Conference equipment and can accommodate up to 12 people Boardroom Style. We cater for functions and conferences from 10 to 140 people.
