Santos Express
The Santos Express Train Lodge is a genuine train situated on the Santos Beach in Mossel Bay. With professionally-trained staff, we provide facilities for large to small meetings, seminars, corporate events and functions for up to 120 people. Menus can be customized to suit your budget and the delegates' requirements. Overnight accommodation available.
The perfect location for a wedding on the edge of the ocean. This is the ideal venue for both the ceremony and the reception, making every moment the perfect photo opportunity! Our service can also include decorations of the venue and tables, as well as catering for the function.
The conference venue consists of tables and chairs, with the necessary stationary, water and sweets. Full catering can be arranged if required. A projector, white board and pens can be made available.

Ochre Conference Centre
The Ochre Conference Centre (aptly named after the Ochre Barn, as one of the earliest permanent buildings in MosselBay), is part of the Dias Museum Complex. The Ochre Conference Centre has direct access to Market Street, with plenty of marking and very centrally situated to the CBD, Harbour and Yacht Club, Dias Museum and Santos beach (ideal for teambuilding activities). This conference venue steeped with history, has been built and refurbished with the highest of standards being awarded 4 stars by the Tourism Grading council.
The various room styles depict the delegate seating capacity number. The maximum as Cinema Style (120). A boardroom setup can accommodate a maximum of 52 delegates and 100 persons in a Banquet style. There are various conferencing packages, as well as full and half day venue hires. Full Conference packages which accommodation and meals are also available.
Conferencing packages can be customized according to client`s specific requirements with standard equipment such as Air Conditioning, Whiteboard, Flipchart, Overheard Projector, Fixed Screen, White Screen, facsimile, Photostat Machine, Television, Video Recorder, DVD Player, PA System, Microphone and Data Projector are also available.
