- Kindly note that you are taking part at your own risk
- Swimmers to use floaties wherever possible for your own safety in the water
- Participants should each provide for their own technical equipment on the bike leg and sufficient water & nutrition, although a water car will be available
- You can also take part in any of the legs individually
- Bikes should either be locked inside a car or arranged to be tended to, while you do other legs. (It is a high crime area).
