Our Bike Skills Clinic is a fun way to improve confidence and skills.

Ages: 6 years and older. But adults are welcome too!

What the Skills Clinic will offer:
 Basic bike setup
 Body positioning on the bike
 Where to look when cycling
 Feet-positioning for cornering and braking
 Cornering skills
 Basic jumping skills
 Rhythm pumping for speed
