Harry Giddy Park
Marsh Street, Mossel Bay
October 31st is Market Day at Harry Giddey Park. Exhibitors and participants are invited to apply to participate in what promises to be a wonderful fun and family day. The park offers a unique atmosphere with giant shade trees, spacious lawns for a picnic, and quaint stone walkways for young and old to enjoy the area. The park’s wildlife can also be viewed.
Mossel Bay Municipality invites prospective stallholders to apply for exhibition space right now to avoid disappointment.
Remember that this is an open-air market and exposed to the elements, therefore information on weather conditions will be shared with exhibitors shortly before the market day.
The municipality will provide live music to create the right atmosphere, ensure clean ablution facilities, as well as make the necessary COVID-19 sanitation available at the entrances to the park. A security guard will also be on duty. There is plenty of parking around the park.
Exhibitors will be able to set up from early morning to be ready for the market goers from between 09:00 and until 15:00.
Of course, both Mossel Bay residents and visitors from nearby towns are invited to attend this market day – with Christmas just around the corner, this may be the ideal opportunity to buy unique gifts while socializing in the most beautiful garden in Mossel Bay.
Municipal employees are already doing their utmost to make the market day a roaring success and invite exhibitors and the community to share in the fun.
Please visit LED offices at the Goods Shed for the application form or contact the section at 044 606 5000. Application forms may be returned via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
