On Friday, 9 August at high noon we celebrate National Women’s Day with a 50’s styled side walk fashion show and vintage tea serving some of the Monroe Theatre’s signature eats.
During the evening, we will screen the offbeat French flick Amelie, whilst indulging in glühwein and chocolate, paying homage to Belgian and German traditions. Pre show features an excerpt from Cornelle Carstens’s “Cabernet – not cabaret, a show on wine, chocolates and life in between.
